Start with the size
of your sales floor.
Every plan runs the same scoring engine on calls in any spoken language. What changes is how much you analyze and how many people get to see the results.
Bands are about the size of your team. What you pay for is the hours you analyze. Each plan includes a block of analyzed hours; a busy month past that block bills at your plan's hourly rate, and larger floors will use more. Not sure where you land? Book a demo — the first ten calls we analyze are free, and they'll tell you.
One team getting its first honest read on where deals are being lost.

Estimates only: final invoices bill actual analyzed hours
The plan is never the expensive number on this page.
Every sales floor drops good leads. The only question is how many, and what they were worth. Put your own figures in and see what a year of it costs.
That is 15× the annual cost of Growth. Recovering a single one of those deals a year covers the plan several times over, which is why the price is rarely what the decision turns on.
An estimate built from your two figures, not a benchmark we invented. Callix replaces it with the real number, measured call by call, in your first week.
Find your real numberWhat actually separates the tiers.
Three things, and it is worth knowing which before you read forty rows. Everything else on the table follows from them.
How much you analyze
The only thing that genuinely costs us money to give you, so it is the meter the plans are built on. Included hours rise faster than price, and the rate per extra hour falls as you go up.
Who can see what
Agent seats see their own calls and their own coaching. Manager seats see everyone's, plus the revenue reports. Starter gives one manager the whole picture; Growth gives three; Scale stops counting and starts comparing whole teams against each other.
What the data is worth
The reports that need more than your own calls: which ad sources buy leads worth having, which objections cost the most across everyone, and where you rank against comparable teams. These start at Growth.
What is deliberately not a lever: the languages we can hear, and how deeply a single call is read. Those are identical on every plan, including the cheapest. Charging for them would mean charging for the one thing nothing else in this category does — and would invite you to compare us against a transcription tool.

Two rows carry most of the decision. Source & campaign ROI is the one report that answers a marketing question rather than a sales one — whether the spend is buying leads worth having. Peer benchmarking turns a score into a rank, and a rank into something a team will actually act on.
Nothing here is designed to catch you out.
Most of what goes wrong with usage pricing goes wrong in month one: an empty dashboard, a surprise invoice, a contract signed before anything was proved. Each of these exists to remove one of those.
$25,000 found, or the month is free
If your first 30 days don't surface at least $25,000 of revenue your team gave away, you don't pay for them. We can offer this because Callix measures the gap between what a lead was worth at its peak and where the call actually ended — so the number is computed from your own calls, not asserted in a sales deck.
Double hours, so day one isn't empty
Every new account gets twice its included hours in the first month, automatically, to analyze the calls you already have. A dashboard that already ranks your reps and names your most expensive objection is worth more in week one than any onboarding call.
Soft caps. Nothing ever stops
Analysis keeps running past your included hours. At 80% we send one message with the projected overage and a one-click upgrade that always costs less than the overage would. No call goes unanalyzed, because half-uploaded months make every report weaker.
10% off on annual, whenever you're ready
Monthly by default and cancellable from the dashboard. Move to annual any time and take 10% off — most teams do it after their first weekly digest lands with a real figure on it, which is the right moment to decide, not the first day.
Pricing FAQ
Any call Callix transcribes and scores: inbound or outbound. A 6-minute call uses 0.1 hours. Voicemails and missed calls aren't counted.
Start from how many people you have selling. Roughly 10 to 25 sales agents is Starter, 30 to 65 is Growth, 70 to 150 is Scale, and anything above that we scope as Custom. Those bands describe team size; what you actually pay for is the hours you analyze, so a floor that is on the phone all day will use more of its included block than a team that sells mostly by email.
What they can see. A manager seat sees every agent's calls, the team comparisons, and the revenue reports: Starter includes 1, Growth includes 3, and Scale and Custom have no limit. An agent seat sees that person's own calls and their own coaching, which is all they need and all most reps want. Starter includes 10 agent seats and Growth 50.
Only past the included block, and only for agents. Extra agent seats are $10/mo on Starter and $5/mo on Growth; Scale and Custom have no seat limit at all. We keep agent seats cheap on purpose: if adding a rep to the tool costs real money, the reps who most need coaching are the ones who quietly never get a login, and then the coaching data only covers your best people.
Nothing stops working. At 80% of your included hours we send one message with the projected overage and a one-click upgrade that always costs less than the overage would. Past that it bills automatically at your plan's rate, $1.40/hr on Starter, $1.15/hr on Growth, $0.99/hr on Scale, as a line item at the end of the cycle. We never pause analysis, because a half-uploaded month makes every report on the account weaker.
It depends on how much of the day your agents spend on the phone, which varies far more between teams than headcount does. The arithmetic is simple: a 6-minute call is 0.1 hours, so a thousand calls a month is about 100 analyzed hours. Rather than guess, book a demo and let us run your free first ten calls — they give you your own average call length, which is the only number you need to multiply.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and unused hours carry over for the rest of that billing cycle. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal. The overage rates are set so that growing into the next plan is always cheaper than staying put and paying overage, so you are never penalised for expanding.
If your first 30 days don't surface at least $25,000 of revenue your team gave away, that month is free. We can offer it because Callix measures the gap between what a lead was worth at its best moment and where the call actually ended, so the figure is computed from your own recordings rather than asserted in a sales deck.
No. Every new account gets double its included hours in the first month, automatically, so you can analyze the calls you already have. Most teams arrive at day two with their reps already ranked and their most expensive recurring objection already named.
Callix analyzes calls in any spoken language on every plan, including mixed-language calls, and normalises the results into one dashboard. That is never metered. Separately, the interface itself is English on Starter and Growth, and every available language on Scale and Custom.
A ready-made set of scoring criteria tuned to how a particular industry sells, so the analysis judges a mortgage call by mortgage standards rather than generic ones. Starter uses our standard rubric; Growth and Scale include the sector packs; Custom means we build the rubric around your own process and definitions.
There's no self-signup and no 14-day clock. It starts with a short demo call; after it we analyze your first 10 calls free, with no card, and you get the full analysis and a shareable report with a figure on it. We would rather you saw a real number from your own calls than watched a timer run down.
On the Custom plan, Callix runs inside your own environment or private cloud and nothing leaves it. We scope the deployment, security review, and integration work with your team before implementation starts; most rollouts take 6–12 weeks end to end and start from $3,000/mo.
None on Starter or Growth: the listed price is the price, and getting your account configured costs nothing. Scale carries a one-off $1,000 setup fee, which covers rolling several teams onto one roll-up, single sign-on and your reporting schedule over 2–3 weeks. Custom engagements include an implementation scope agreed during the contract, since the work varies with infrastructure and integration complexity.
Training is included on every plan and never billed separately. Starter includes a group session covering the dashboard, the two scores, and how to read a call. Growth adds live sessions run for your own team on your own calls, which is far more useful than a generic walkthrough. Scale includes an ongoing programme so new joiners are trained without you asking, and Custom is tailored per team alongside the rollout. We would rather spend an hour making sure your managers can read a score than have the account quietly go unused.
