No. Callix attaches to your existing cloud phone system, so there is no hardware and no change to how your team answers calls. Nothing gets connected until you explicitly approve it.
Access is read-only and revoked the moment the evaluation ends. Anything processed during an evaluation is deleted on request, and in any case follows the retention rules in our privacy policy.
No card is required to book a demo and there is no trial clock running against you. Evaluation access is scoped on the call once we know what you are trying to measure — usually your first 10 calls analyzed free.
