We already knew
what was said.
Callix is built by Transgate, the team behind a transcription engine trusted across 50+ languages. This is what happened when we started asking what those words were worth.
Built for any team that sells on the phone
- Healthcare
- Real estate
- Insurance
- Financial services

We are the Transgate team.
Callix wasn't a new idea. It's what happened when the people already listening to your audio started asking what the words actually meant.
Transgate began with a narrow, unglamorous problem: turning audio into text without losing a day to it. An hour of recording took roughly five hours to transcribe by hand, or a price that put it out of reach. So we built a transcription engine: 98% accuracy, 50+ languages, an hour of audio done in minutes, and it found its way into research, healthcare, education, legal, journalism, and anywhere else people were drowning in recordings.
Then the sales teams arrived, and they wanted something different. They didn't need a transcript. They needed to know which of yesterday's two hundred calls went badly, and why, before the pipeline review, not after it. A perfect transcript still left a manager reading forty pages to find the one moment a deal came apart.
That's the gap Callix fills. The same transcription engine runs underneath, but on top of it sits scoring that happens before the rep has hung up, objection and keyword detection in the moment, and criteria each team defines rather than inherits. Multi-language came free; we'd already spent years on it.
We're still four people, which shapes everything: we work close to the customer, ship in weeks rather than quarters, and the person who answers your email is usually the person who wrote the code. Data security carried over too: recordings are yours, deletable on request, and never used to train anything.
We spent years making sure every word got captured. Callix is us finally doing something with them.
Four things we don't compromise on.
These aren't values on a wall. They're the reasons the product looks the way it does.
Listen to the call, not the summary
Every feature we've shipped started with someone on our team sitting through real recordings. If we can't point to the call that motivated it, we don't build it.
Opinionated defaults, editable everything
A blank scoring rubric helps nobody. We ship a model that works on day one, then let teams rewrite every criterion once they know what they want to measure.
Your call data stays yours
PII redaction by default, data residency you choose, and a full on-prem deployment for teams whose recordings can't leave the building. No training on customer calls.
Ship in weeks, not quarters
The agency habit we kept. Customers see fixes and features in days, and the person who answers your email is usually the person who wrote the code.
- First
Transgate ships transcription
An hour of audio in minutes instead of five hours by hand: accurate enough that researchers, clinicians, and journalists stopped doing it themselves.
- Then
Fifty languages, six industries
The engine spread past English into research, healthcare, education, legal, and newsrooms: anywhere recordings were piling up faster than anyone could read them.
- Next
Sales teams ask a harder question
Not "what was said" but "which of these calls went wrong." A transcript couldn't answer it. Scoring could.
- Today
Callix
The same engine underneath, with real-time scoring, objection detection, and criteria each team writes for itself.
Questions we get asked.
Callix is built by Transgate, the team behind a speech-to-text engine with 98% accuracy across 50+ languages. Callix is what happened when we stopped at turning audio into text and started scoring what the text meant.

No. We do not train foundation models on customer call audio, transcripts, or CRM data, and our model vendors are contractually prohibited from doing so. Only fully de-identified aggregate statistics inform product improvements.
